  Dans un hotel de cette catégorie il peut paraitre mesquin de faire payer le wifi. hotel très bien situé, personnel très gracieux, chambre très bien chauffée. petit déjeuner copieux, mais trop orienté vers le sucré.

  Nous sommes très contents, tout était parfait et correspondait bien à la description. nous avons apprécié le fait d'être dans une impasse ce qui nous a mis à l'abri du bruit de la ville et aussi d'être prêt de "tout". hotel à recommander, personnel compétent, chaleureux et efficace.

  Hôtel très bien situé,proche du palais royal et ses jardins, du métro vers la place d'espagne. calme bien que central, la petite rue est très peu fréquentée . le personnel est très gentil et serviable. le petit déjeuner est très correct. a recommander sans hésitation.

  Très bonne situation (dans le centre) et dans une à rue calme (impasse) a recommander par contre, comme pour toute l'espagne, aucun document en français et il est difficile de se faire comprendre...... (dans les musées, documents et légende en espagnol et en l'anglais)

  Situato a pochi passi dalla metro che è la cosa più importante a madrid. in ogni caso si può scendere anche a piedi.

  La habitación tenía un problema de cañerias que hacioa que el baño olia muy mal. imaginio que no todas las habitaciones tienen este problema.

  We loved this hotel. the front desk was friendly and helpful.. the room was perfect for us... the location was convenient. so glad we found this gem.

  The staff at this hotel are exceptional. they speak excellent english and were very helpful in all regards. there was also free internet use. they have a computer available in the lobby so we were able to check our email at home etc. it was very easy to get to from the airport with only one metro change and escalators, no stairs. it was easy to walk to all of the sites except the museum area, which is walkable but you might consider taking the metro. there are many restaurants around the corner from the hotel. it is also near the car rental agencies. our only problem with this hotel was that there was demoliton taking place across the street which started at 3:00 a.m. one morning, which was the same time that the man in the next room turned off his televison. i could also hear him snoring. other than the thin walls and the construction taking place while we were there, it is on a quiet street so would be fine when the constrction is completed.

  Sometimes the cleaning of the room was not so good (dirst under the bed etc.) but in general the personnel was very friendly and we are glad having stay in this hotel. i will definetely choose the same hotel next i come to madrid.

  Das hotel liegt sehr ruhig, einzige störung ist die müllabführ an einigen wochentagen. zum königlichen palast sind es nur wenige gehminuten. alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. der paseo del prado etc. aber besser mit der metro (kostet 1 euro pro fahrt unabhg. von der streckenlänge). viel spass, b. zampolin

  Der aufenthalt dort war sehr angenehm. die lage ist sehr gut, metro in der nähe, vieles aber fußläufig zu erreichen. keinerlei straßenlärm. da die zimmer selbst aber sehr hellhörig sind, hört man das reden. lachen usw. der gäste in den benachbarten zimmern. die ausstattung von zimmer und bad gut, sauber und gepflegt. das personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.

  Es un hotel muy céntrico, a escasos metros de la plaza callao, aunque parezca una zona con pocos servicios, hay un restaurante argentino buenísimo a escasos 100 mt. con muy buena calidad y precio y a la vuelta de la esquina está gran vía con infinidad de cafés, restaurantes y tiendas. la calle es muy tranquila ya que es semipeatonal. lo recomiendo, es más, yo ya he ido a él en varias ocasiones.

  Very well located and within walking distance of sites, shops, restaurants and nightlife but still on a quiet street just off the beaten track. hotel staff were friendly and had good english.
