  As hotel manager in paris, i always compare the way i work with the habbits in other hotels. i must say the welcome sens, the smile and the informations given at the check in are evrywhere very poor. this hotel make no exception. the staff consider you as a walking purse whenever they look at you when you enter in the hotel. smiling and saying "buenas noches" is of course optional. they are efficient, but not friendly. despite this, large room, not so many noise... for the price it was not so bad.
