  Very pleasant but very very small room with big pillar in the middle of the room > no space to moove... except this, pleasant and clean bathroom, cool furnitures... but at this price it's the minumum, no ?

  Nice hotel in excellent location. it was comfortable after log day of exploring madrid. admin process is quick and receptionist is proactive to suggest means and ways of walking around. only suggestion is, not enough wardrobe space if people are staying more then 3 days.

  The room was very hot, and the electronic key system did not work properly, also there where delivery of linen in the middle of the night out the back, making a lot of noise

  éclairage moyen (difficile de trouver de la lumière pour se maquiller), équipements de niveau moyen (lavabo collé au mastic blanc!!), serviettes "dures"

  Perfect location..very noisy though so ask for a room that doesn't face out onto any streets because we moved into one of these on our last night and it was much better.

  Too much noice when you're on the street side and every night we were woken up by english girls screaming in the corridors at 4 pm coming back from the disco - positive is that we could change our room at the street side after the first night - sleeping at the street side is impossible

  The location of your hotel is excellent. the only negative is that we had to change rooms the next to last day due to a lack of cold water which made our showers too hot. even after we changed rooms, the cold water was still too warm to drink. we did enjoy the breakfasts & appreciated the internet connection in the lobby.
