  La piscine était très sale dans le bassin comme a l'extérieur!!!! rien a voir avec la photo!!! quelle déception!!!!! un sérieux manque de transat et d'hygiène ... l'acceuil est agréable et très serviable... la navette disponible a l'aéroport c'est parfait!!! le service reception parfait aussi... il pense a tout!

  Dommage qu'il n y ai pas un menu à 18e. la carte un peu chère. mais les plats excellents.

  Je me suis arrivé vers 21h30, l'odeur de la cuisine et les plats chauds au restaurant en face de la reception est très forte. l'hotel devrai resoudre ce petit probleme

  Accueil très agréable . même si l'hôtel a déjà quelques années il reste très agréable. il est à une petite marche du métro ce qui permet d'aller dans le centre de madrid sans problème.

  This was a disappointing experience. the room was very small, the food was mediocre, the pool and setting unattractive with the price high in comparison to the other 6 hotels used on our 12 day tour. getting to the airport was easy, but the price for that service was too high.

  Very impressed for the price what we got. room was decorated very modern and internet in the room was free which was a nice touch. close to airport and shuttle picks you up and drops you off, definitely a plus for as a we had a one night stopover before returning to us. lobby, bar and restaraunt were also very nicely decorated.
